Excess Usage Fees

1. Overview

This document outlines the excess usage fees that may apply when service usage exceeds the limits defined in your service agreement with Straight Up Digital. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

2. What Constitutes Excess Usage

Excess usage occurs when:

• Work hours exceed the allocated hours in your monthly retainer
• Additional revisions are requested beyond the agreed scope
• Ad spend management exceeds the agreed budget thresholds
• Additional pages, features, or services are requested outside the original scope

3. Notification

We will notify you before any excess usage charges are incurred, providing a clear breakdown of the additional work required and associated costs. No excess charges will be applied without your prior written approval.

4. Fee Structure

Excess usage fees are billed at our standard hourly rate or as agreed in your service contract. Rates vary by service type and will be communicated transparently at the time of any scope change.

5. Payment

Excess usage fees are invoiced separately from your regular retainer and are due within 14 days of invoice date.
