Excess Use Policy

Excess Usage Fees: In the event that your usage exceeds the included amounts in your plan, the following excess fees will apply:

• Bandwidth: $0.50 per GB
• Cloud Storage: $0.50 per GB
• Local Storage: $0.50 per GB
• Website Visits: $0.50 per 1000 additional visitors

Monitoring and Notification:

• Straight Up Digital will monitor your resource usage on a continuous basis.
• If you approach 90% of your plan’s limits, we will notify you via email to help you manage your resources proactively.

Billing for Excess Usage:

• Excess usage fees will be calculated on a monthly basis and included in your next billing cycle.
• Detailed usage reports will be provided along with your invoice to ensure transparency.

Upgrading Your Plan:

• If you frequently exceed your plan’s limits, we recommend upgrading to a higher plan to better accommodate your needs.
• Our support team is available to assist you in selecting the most suitable plan for your requirements.

Terms and Conditions:

• This Excess Use Policy is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Hosting Agreement.
• Straight Up Digital reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
