By accessing and using the Straight Up Digital website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Straight Up Digital provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, web design, social media management, paid advertising, photography, videography, and digital strategy. The specific scope of work for each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
All work produced by Straight Up Digital remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Straight Up Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
